脑卒中患者EDTA依赖性血小板假性减少临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察脑卒中患者EDTA依赖性血小板假性减少的临床复检结果。方法选取35例我院2015年7月~2016年7月的EDTA依赖性血小板假性减少患者,用枸橼酸钠抗凝、肝素锂抗凝、末梢血、手工计数法等检测,观察涂片血小板聚集情况。结果 33例EDTA依赖性血小板假性减少患者能用枸橼酸钠纠正,另外2例无法用枸橼酸钠纠正,但可用肝素锂抗凝纠正,与末梢血法、手工计数法结果都较为接近。EDTA血涂片检查血小板聚集,其他检测均不聚集。结论 EDTA依赖性血小板减少患者可用肝素锂抗凝和枸橼酸钠进行纠正,少数无法纠正的应采用手工计数法或末梢血法计数血小板值。Objective To observe the clinical examination results of stroke patients with EDTA dependent pseudothrombocytopenia. Methods A total of 35 EDTA cases in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 dependent pseudothrombocytopenia were detected by sodium citrate and heparin,peripheral blood,manual counting method,observe smear platelet aggregation. Results 33 cases of EDTA dependent pseudothrombocytopenia patients can use sodium citrate to correct,the other 2 cases can not use sodium citrate to correct,but the available lithium heparin and peripheral blood,correct,the results were relatively close to the manual counting method. EDTA blood smear examination platelet aggregation,other tests were not gathered. Conclusion EDTA dependent platelet reduction of available heparin and sodium citrate were corrected,a few not corrected should adopt manual counting method or peripheral blood platelet count value.
