水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗抗结核药物性肝炎的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的分析水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗抗结核药物性肝炎临床疗效。方法选取从2014年2月~2016年2月收治的120例抗结核药物性肝炎,随机分为对照组（60例）与观察组（60例）,对照组采用护肝片,观察组加用水飞蓟宾胶囊,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组ALT、AST、GGT、ALP低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为80.00%,观察组高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论对抗结核药物性肝炎采用水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗,效果理想,具有临床应用价值。Objective The analysis of Silibinin Capsules treatment of antituberculosis drug-induced hepatitis clinical curative effect.Methods Selected from February 2014 to February 2016 were 120 cases of anti tuberculosis drug-induced hepatitis were randomly divided into control group （60 cases） and observation group （60 cases）, the control group using Hugan tablets, the observation group added with Silibinin Capsules, compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results The ALT, AST, GGT and ALP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, the control group was 80%, the observation group was higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Anti tuberculosis drug-induced hepatitis treated by Silibinin Capsules, the effect is ideal, has the value of clinical application.
