化痰活血方联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病高脂血症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察化痰活血方联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗冠心病高脂血症临床效果。方法将2016年3~4月北京中医药大学东方医院门诊50例冠心病合并高脂血症的患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组25例。试验组患者给予益气活血方联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗,对照组仅给予阿托伐他汀治疗,疗程8周。观察两组患者的血脂变化。结果两组患者治疗后血脂水平明显改善,组间比较试验组的TG、TC、LDL-C水平下降,HDL-C则升高更为明显,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论益气活血方联合阿托伐他汀钙对冠心病和并高脂血症患者的降脂疗效更明显。Objective To explore the effect of reducing phlegm and activating blood circulation combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia. Methods 50 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,25 cases in each group,who were treated in the East Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,from March 2016 to April 2016,patients in the experimental group were given the therapy of Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation combined with atorvastatin with 8 weeks; while the controlgroup was just treated with atorvastatin. Blood lipid changes were compared between the two groups. Results Blood lipid levels were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment. Compared with the control group,the levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in the experimental group were decreased,while the HDL-C was increased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of reducing phlegm and activating blood circulation combined with atorvastatin on coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia patients is more obvious.
