摘　　要：心脏骤停是临床最危急的病症,如不及时救治,患者的生命会受到威胁。随着心肺复苏(CPR)技术和临床新研究的不断更新和发展,自主循环恢复(ROSC)的比率大幅提升,但目前心脏骤停患者生存率仍然很低。ROSC患者的心脏骤停情况刚刚好转,状态仍然很不稳定,进入重症加强治疗病房后,在积极治疗原发病、机械通气、降低脑损伤、提高重要脏器的灌注及营养支持的同时,积极有效的护理措施对减少ROSC患者的病死率极为重要。本研究总结过去的护理经验,结合本科室开展的护理技术,对ROSC的护理提供一些经验分享。Cardiac arrest is the most critical clinical symptoms,such as not timely treatment,the patient＇s life will be threatened. As cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR） techniques and clinical constantly update and development of the new study,the rate of spontaneous circulation（ROSC） recovery of substantial increase,but the cardiac arrest patient survival rate is still low. Cardiac arrest in patients with ROSC has just recovered,the state is still very unstable,into the ICU after the active treatment of primary disease,mechanical ventilation,reduce brain damage and improve tissue perfusion and nutritional support and effective nursing measures to reduce the mortality rate in patients with ROSC is very important. Summarize the nursing experience of in the past,this study combined with undergraduate course room nursing technology,nursing of ROSC provide some experience to share.
