摘　　要：目的分析HER-2过度表达乳腺癌采用曲妥珠单抗靶向治疗的临床疗效和护理方法。方法选择本院肿瘤化疗二科54例乳腺癌患者,分为研究组和对照组,各27例,对照组进行常规化疗,研究组在对照组的基础上使用曲妥珠单抗;使用曲妥珠单抗时,严格执行用药配伍标准、护理。比较两组的临床疗效和副反应。结果研究组总缓解率92.6%,大于对照组68.0%,P<0.05;对照组的副反应率37.0%,明显大于研究组14.8%,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论曲妥珠单抗用于乳腺癌的治疗中,能够有效提高乳腺癌患者的疗效,通过护理干预能够减少和预防曲妥珠单抗的副反应,降低患者痛苦,适合临床深入研究和使用。Objective To analyze the expression of HER-2 in breast cancer with Herceptin targeted clinical curative effect and nursing methods of treatment. Methods Selected the chemotherapy in our hospital,54 cases of breast cancer patients,which were divided into study group and control group,each of 27 cases,the control group was given routine chemotherapy,using the Hessaitin Research Group on the basis of the control group,the use of Herceptin,strict implementation of standard medicine and nursing. Clinical efficacy and side effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total remission rate of the study group was 92.6%,higher than that of the control group 68.0%,P〈0.05,the control group,the side reaction rate was 37%,significantly higher than that of the study group 14.8%,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Herceptin for breast cancer treatment,can effectively improve the curative effect of patients with breast cancer,the intervention can reduce side reaction and prevention of Herceptin through nursing,reduce the suffering of patients,suitable for clinical use and further study.
