腹腔镜下胰头十二指肠切除术围术期的护理分析

摘　　要：目的分析对行腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术的患者实施围术期护理的效果。方法选取我院行腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术的患者42例（2014年5月~2016年5月）,将其分段随机化分两组,各21例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施针对性围术期干预,对比两组肛门排气、住院时间,记录两组并发症发生率。结果观察组肛门排气、住院时间短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,P〈0.05。结论在实施腹腔镜下胰十二指肠切除术中,给予患者相应的围术期护理,效果可观。Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing on patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy. Methods 42 patients undergoing laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were randomly divided into two groups（n=21）. The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given targeted perioperative intervention,two groups of anal exhaust,hospitalization time,the incidence of complications in the two groups were recorded. Results The anal exhaust time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group,P〈0.05. Conclusion In the implementation of laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy,given the appropriate perioperative care,the effect is considerable.
