摘　　要：目的探讨血液肿瘤患者应用经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)用于营养支持的临床效果。方法选取收治的184例成人血液肿瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组各92例。对照组应用静脉留置针给予营养支持,研究组采用PICC导管进行肠外营养支持。比较2组患者的住院费用、住院时间、不良事件发生率及体质量、前白蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白。结果研究组的住院时间及不良事件的发生率均显著低于对照组,体质量、前白蛋白、白蛋白值均高于对照组。结论血液肿瘤患者应用PICC导管进行肠外营养支持,能显著改善患者的营养状况,缩短住院时间,降低患者的经济负担。Objective To explore the clinical effect of PICC catheter for nutritional support for blood cancer patients.Methods Totally 184 patients with blood cancer,were selected and randomly divided into a research group and a control group,each of 92.The control group was given venous indwelling needle to nutrition support.while PICC catheter parenteral nutrition support was given to the research group.The hospitalization cost,hospital stay,incidence of adverse reactions,weight,prealbumin,albumin and hemoglobin were compared between the two groups.Results The hospital stay and incidence of adverse reactions of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group,while the weight,prealbumin and albumin of the former were significantly higher than the latter.Conclusion Application of PICC catheter for parenteral nutrition support for blood cancer patients,can significantly improve their nutritional status,shorten the hospital time and lower their economic burden.
