摘　　要：目的探讨武汉市住院癌症患者抑郁情绪现状及相关影响因素。方法采用自行设计问卷和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)对武汉市458例住院癌症患者进行调查,分析其影响因素。结果文化程度、病程、年龄、职业、家庭人均月收入、对疾病的认知态度、最近2周感到疲乏、疼痛、出现恶心呕吐的躯体不适感为癌症患者抑郁情绪的影响因素。结论文化程度低、病程长、年龄大、职业为农民或农民工、经济状况差、对所患疾病的认知持消极态度、躯体不适感强的患者抑郁情绪高。Objective To explore the status quo of depression among 458 hospitalized cancer patients and its influencing factors.Methods Totally 458 hospitalized cancer patients in Wuhan were investigated using a self-designed questionnaire and the self-rate depression scale（SDS）and the influencing factors.Results Among the hospitalized cancer patients,the incidence of depression was closely related to educational background,course of disease,occupation,average monthly income,cognition of disease,feeling tired in the last 2 weeks,feeling painful,as well as nausea and vomiting.Conclusions Hospitalized cancer patients with lower degree of education,long course of disease,older in age,peasant or peasant-worker as jobs,poor financial situation,negative attitude towards disease and discomfort in body tend to suffer from depression.
