摘　　要：培养具有创新意识、具备创新能力的创新型人才是社会发展、经济建设的需要。大学生科研训练计划通过鼓励和支持本科学生进行科学研究,为创新型人才培养提供了广阔的舞台。实施大学生科研训练计划,要形成健全大学生科研活动的制度保障和激励机制,有效促进科研教学的良性互动。To cultivate creative talents with innovative mind and innovation ability is the need of social development and economic construction. Scientific research training plan for college students has provided a broad stage for creative talents, through the encouragement and support of undergraduate students＇ scientific research. The implementation of college students＇ scientific research training plan, to form a sound system and incentive mechanism of scientific research activities, effectively promotes the positive interaction of scientific research and teaching.
