摘　　要：目的分析分离胶真空采血管在医学检验自动化流水线的应用中对于生化检查项目稳定性的影响。方法选取45例保存于流水线冰箱内使用分离胶真空采血管存放血清样本,保存5 d,每隔24 h对标本各生化指标进行检测一次。结果 24 h时的各项生化指标与0 h检测时基本接近,P>0.05。结论应用分离胶真空采血管采集样本,其大部分生化指标在5 d内均具有良好的稳定性,适宜用于医学检验自动化流水线以及急诊标本检验等对于标本有着快速分离要求的操作中。Objective To analyze the effect of the separation gel vacuum blood biochemical examination of the stability of the project in the application of medical laboratory automation line. Methods 45 cases of preserved in the pipeline in the refrigerator using the separation gel vacuum blood stored serum samples, save 5 days, every 24 h of the underlying biochemical indexes were detected once. Results The biochemical indexes 24 h and 0 h detection when approaching, P〉0.05. Conclusion The application of separation gel vacuum blood samples, most of its biochemical indexes showed good stability in 5 days, suitable for medical inspection and emergency automatic assembly line samples and inspection for specimens with fast separation requirements in operation.
