腹腔镜下阑尾切除残端荷包缝合包埋与单纯结扎的比较分析

摘　　要：目的 探析腹腔镜下阑尾切除残端荷包缝合包埋与单纯结扎的效果比较。方法 选取我院2013年6月-2016年6月112例进行腹腔镜阑尾炎切除术患者,将其随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各56例,研究组行残端荷包缝合包埋,对照组采取单纯结扎。比较两组术后恢复情况。结果研究组手术耗时（5 5.0±6.5）min、费用（5 088.3±100.5）元与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;术后两组并发症及住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论腹腔镜下阑尾切除残端采取荷包缝合包埋与单纯结扎处理均有效,荷包缝合包埋更加符合操作要求,节省费用,单纯结扎可缩短手术时间,操作简单,适合初学者。Objective To compare the efficacy of laparoscopic pouch entrapping and simple ligation of appendectomy. Methods In our hospital from June 2013 to June 2016, 112 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic appendicitis were randomly divided into study group and control group, 56 cases in each group. The study group of purse suture entrapment stump, the control group to take simple ligation. Postoperative recovery was compared between two groups. Results The time of surgery（55.0±6.5） min and cost（5 088.3±100.5） yuan in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The complications and hospitalization time had no significantly different between two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic appendectomy stump to take purse suture embedding and simple ligation are effective, purse suture embedding more in line with operating requirements, cost savings, simple ligation can shorten the operation time, simple operation, suitable for beginners.
