46例慢性肾功能衰竭患者腹膜透析治疗效果及护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭患者腹膜透析治疗效果及护理体会。方法回顾性分析本院腹膜透析治疗的46例终末期肾病患者的临床资料,比较治疗前后的功能指标和血液指标,同时在腹膜透析的过程中注意进行透析前、透析过程中及透析治疗后的相关护理,观察透析的治疗效果。结果治疗前后患者的血清肌酐、尿素氮等代谢产物明显下降,而血红蛋白、均明显上升,治疗前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);无1例患者发生感染或者透析并发症。结论慢性肾功能衰竭患者腹膜透析治疗,同时给予相应的护理,具有一定的临床疗效,能改善各项临床指标,取得较为重要的临床效果。Objective To study the effect of peritoneal dialysis treatment and nursing of patients with chronic renal failure. Methods Peritoneal dialysis were analysis retrospectively the clinical data of 46 cases of patients with end-stage renal disease, compared before and after treatment of function index, index of blood and at the same time in the process of peritoneal dialysis before dialysis, dialysis process and the related nursing after dialysis treatment, to observe the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis. Results The patients before and after the treatment of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen metabolites significantly decreased, and hemoglobin, were significantly increased, comparing with difference, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. No case of infection or dialysis complications Conclusion Peritoneal dialysis patients with chronic renal failure, give corresponding nursing at the same time, has a certain clinical curative effect, can improve the clinical indexes, obtain more important clinical effect.
