慢性充血性心力衰竭阶段性心理护理的研究

摘　　要：目的对慢性充血性心力衰竭阶段性心理护理进行研究。方法选取2014年1月至2015年1月在锦州市中心医院心内科就诊的124例慢性充血性心力衰竭的患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组62例,采取普通心内科心理护理,试验组62例在对照组的基础上使用阶段性心理护理,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HRSD)及健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)对两组日常生活品质进行评价。结果试验组HRSD评分、SF-36均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶段性心理护理可以有效的提高慢患者的生活质量、缓解抑郁心理,值得在临床推广。Objective To studied chronic congestive heart failure stages psychological nursing. Methods Selected from January 2014 to January 2015 in Jinzhou city heart medicine diagnosis of 124 cases of chronic congestive heart failure patients, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group 62 examples, take ordinary psychology nursing, with experimental group 62 cases in the control group on the basis of the use of stage psychological nursing, using the Hamilton depression rating scale（HRSD） and health questionnaire（SF-36） to evaluate two groups of daily life quality. ResultsExperimental group HRSD score, SF-36 were superior to control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Stage psychological nursing can effectively improve the quality of life in patients with chronic congestive heart failure, alleviate depression, is worth popularizing in clinical.
