摘  要:通过综合考虑工程进度安排及施工期临时通航需求,将原设计的2期2段导流优化为2期3段导流,优化方案为1期工程提供了宝贵的施工工期,亦有效缓解了施工期断航的矛盾,减少了赶工措施费及断航补偿费,同时也为2期工程顺利施工提供了有力保障,其经济效益及社会效益显著,对同类工程有一定的借鉴意义。By considering the arrangement of the construction schedule and the requirements of temporary navigation, the diversion program "2 stages 2 segments" in the original design is replaced by program "2 stages 3 segments". The optimized program provides valuable construction period for the first phase project, also is effective to alleviate the contradiction between navigation and construction, and greatly reduces the processing measures fee and compensation for navigation interruption, as well as provides a powerful guarantee for the second phase construction. The new program has remarkable economic benefit and social benefit and certain guiding significance for later similar proiects.
