摘 要:海军装备仓库作为装备物资供应保障的重要枢纽,其保障效果的好坏直接关系到人民海军的战斗力。针对目前我国海军装备物资储备仓库存在的信息共享程度低、保障供应与实际需求脱节的问题,对现有海军装备仓库存储方法进行优化。从仓库管理者的角度出发,建立部队装备情况数据库,运用灰色模型预测某仓库某存储物资合理数量并根据正态分布的性质对预测结果的精确性进行进一步的提高,有效优化存储过剩的问题;利用基于AHP和模糊理论的分配方法,有效优化库存不足的问题。分析结果表明:该方法较好地优化了海军装备物资储备仓库存在的信息共享程度低、保障供应与实际需求脱节2方面问题。Navy equipment storage warehouse is the key of equipment supplying support. The result of the supplying support is directly related to the navy fighting capacity. According to the present problems in low sharing information and the supplies mismatching with the practical requirements, carry out optimal improvement for navy equipment warehouse storage method. This paper acts as a controller of navy equipment warehouses. By building a data base about conditions of navy equipment situation, use grey model to predicate certain warehouse storage rational quantity and further improve predication accuracy according to normal distribution property, and effectively optimize over storage. Use distribution method based on AHP and fuzzy theory, effectively optimize situation of lack of storage. The analysis results show that the method can effectively solve problems of low sharing information and the supplies mismatching with the practical requirements of navy equipment warehouse.
