摘 要:通过对新型耐高温塑料合金材料进行红外测试和DSC测试,确认其为尼龙/聚乙烯合金(PA/PE)。进而探讨了PA/PE材料在油田工况条件下的应用可行性,采用高温高压釜设备,研究了模拟油气田高温含硫盐水介质环境下的适用性。通过对比分析老化试验前后PA/PE的结构成分、质量、体积、力学性能和耐热性能的变化规律,发现PA/PE材料的耐高温性能优异,而且化学性能稳定,但是耐溶胀性能较差,介质的溶胀作用可以导致其拉伸性能的显著变化,而且H_2S和CO_2等气体组分的影响程度大于液体组分。The results of infrared and differential scanning calorimetry tests revealed that the high- temperature resistant plastic alloy was consisted of polyamide (PA) and polyethylene (PE). In order to study the application feasibility of the PA/PE alloy in oil and gas field, the compatibility of the PA/PE alloy in simulated oilfield sour aqueous environment was studied by using autoclave. The change rules of composition, weight, volume, mechanical properties and thermal resistance of the PA/PE alloy before and after the ageing tests were compared and analyzed systematically. Results reveal that the thermal resistance of the PA/PE alloy is better than that of conventional plastic alloy composite pipes, and the change of Vicat softening temperature was slight after aging test. Although the chemical resistance of the PA/PE alloy is excellent, it is sensitive to media swelling, especially to H2S and CO2 gases, which could led to a dramatic change of tensile properties.
