摘 要:针对某公司空调框罩在成型工艺过程中容易出现表面质量等问题,先对成型产品进行测量,并对表面质量数据进行记录,再根据空调框罩结构特征优化模具结构设计,并对初始注塑工艺参数进行仿真分析,得到缩痕指数也相对较大,与工程实践中出现缩痕缺陷相符,于是针对空调框罩成型过程中最主要的四个参数进行正交试验,设置各工艺参数的约束条件,建立了二次多项式优化模型,并进行了显著性分析,去除互作用不显著的项,得到优化多项式的结果。最后通过注塑实验验证该工艺参数组合下空调框罩缩痕指数达到预期目标,比企业原方案中成型产品的缩痕指数同比下降61.32%,成型产品表面缩痕深度较小,达到工艺生产要求。In view of a company's air conditioning box cover in the process of molding process prone to problems such as surface quality, the molding products were measured firstly, and the data of surface quality was recorded. According to air conditioning box cover and structure optimization design of mould structure, the simulation analysis was carried out on the initial injection molding process parameters, so the obtained shrink mark index was high relatively, which was consistent with shrink mark defects in the engineering practice. Therefore, the orthogonal experiment on the four main parameters for the air conditioning box cover in the forming process was carried out. The constraint conditions of various process parameters were set up, the quadratic polynomial optimization model was established and the significance was analyzed to remove the non significant interaction items, so the results of the optimal polynomial were got. Finally through injection experiments, the process parameters were verified to reach the expected goal under the combined air conditioning box cover shrink mark index which decreased by 61.32% compared with the original plan of the enterprise, and the shrink mark depth of the molding product surface was small, which could meet the process requirements.
