摘 要:采用絮凝沉淀法制备了聚羟基丁酸己酸酯(PHBHHx)/单壁碳纳米管(SWNT)纳米复合材料,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了SWNT在PHBHHx中的分散状态,通过偏光显微镜(POM)和差示扫描量热(DSC)分析研究了SWNT对PHBHHx结晶行为和热性能的影响。结果表明,SWNT具有较强的成核能力,能为PHBHHx结晶提供众多的成核位点,使成核密度大大增加。SWNT能有效提高PHBHHx的结晶温度,加快其结晶速度,具有显著的诱导效果。当SWNT含量为0.5%时,PHBHHx结晶放热峰温度可以提高约7℃。复合材料具有双重熔融吸热峰,SWNT的加入能使PHBHHx片晶厚度增加。Poly ( 3-hydmxybutyrate-eo-3-hydroxyhexanoate ) ( PHBHHx )/single walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) nanocomposites were prepared by coagulation method. The dispersion of SWNTs in PHBHHx was observed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Effects of SWNTs to the crystallization and thermal properties of PHBHHx were studied by polarized optical microscopy (POM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results show that SWNTs has strong nucleation ability and it can provide many nucleation sites for the crystallization of PHBHHx resulting in the increase of nucleation densities. SWNTs can effectively improve the crystallization temperature and crystallization speed of PHBHHx, which shows a promising inductive effect. When the content of SWNT is 0.5wt%, the crystallization temperature of PHBHHx increases around 7℃. A dual melting endotherm is observed for PHBHHx/SWNTs nanocomposites. The incorporation of SWNTs can increase the thickness of PHBHHx lamellae.
