摘  要:以2-羧乙基苯基次磷酸(CEPPA)和2,2'-(1,3-亚苯基)双(2-噁唑啉)(1,3-BOX)为原料,合成了一种新型的含磷反应性阻燃剂。并通过红外、核磁、热失重分析对其结构和热稳定性进行了表征。其对PA6改性后的阻燃性能则根据UL94的标准进行了垂直燃烧测试。结果表明,其用量为15 phr时,可使PA6达到V-0级,具有高的阻燃效率。The reactive phosphorus-containing flame retardant was synthesized via ring-opening reaction from 2-carboxyethyl-phenyl phosphate (CEPPA) and 1, 3-phenylene-bis-oxazoline (1, 3-BOX). The structure and thermal properties of the flame retardant were studied by infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance method and thermogravimetric analysis. And its flame retardant properties on polyamide 6 (PA6) were tested according to UL94. The results show that with the addition of 15 phr flame retardant, the PA6 compound reaches V-0 flame class and high retardant efficiency.
