摘　　要：目的探讨脉络宁注射液醇沉废弃物(简称MFP)对雏鸡免疫系统和生长性能的影响。方法将1日龄雏鸡随机分为4组,即空白组予以正常饮水,实验组饮水中分别给予醇沉物浓度为1%、3%、5%,每组20羽雏鸡,连续饲养42 d。雏鸡7日龄和21日龄进行新城疫活疫苗免疫;分别于3、10、17、24、31、38日龄测定各组雏鸡的平均体质量(每周/次)、料肉比,观察雏鸡的生长性能;21日龄和42日龄雏鸡的血清总蛋白、血清球蛋白、新城疫抗体水平和免疫器官指数,并观察21日龄及42日龄各组雏鸡的胸腺、脾和法氏囊组织结构。结果实验各组与空白组比较,体质量离散程度明显减小,集中趋势增强;血清总蛋白、球蛋白和新城疫抗体水平均增高,且21日龄雏鸡实验组的球蛋白及新城疫抗体水平显著高于空白组(P<0.05);免疫器官淋巴细胞排列更紧密,数量增多。结论脉络宁注射液醇沉废弃物可用于雏鸡的饲养,每日在饮水中添加1%~5%的醇沉物可显著提高雏鸡的免疫力,减少其生长过程的个体差异。此外,本研究为中药废弃物的资源化利用提供了一条可供参考的途径。Objective To observe the effects of wastes from alcohol sedimentation of Mailuoning Injection on immune system and growth performance of broilers chicks. Methods A total of 80 one-day-old broiler chicks were randomly allocated to blank group,and three experimental groups supplemented with 1 %,3 % and 5 % of alcohol sedimentation products of Mailuoning Injection in drinking water,respectively（n=20）. On the 7th and 21 st day,the broiler chicks were immunized with the Newcastle disease vaccine. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The chicks average weight of each group（once a week）,feed conversion ratio,serum total protein,serum globulin,Newcastle disease antibody levels,immune organs index,and histology of the thymus,spleen and bursa of Fabricius were measured on the 21 st and 42 nd day. Results Dietary supplementation with wastes from alcohol sedimentation of Mailuoning Injection could reduce the body weight measures of dispersion,enhanced the central tendency of body weight,increased the levels of serum total protein,globulin and Newcastle disease antibody,and the experimental group of 21-day old chicks had obviously-increased globulin and Newcastle disease antibody levels compared with the blank group（P〈0.05）.Moreover,the lymphocytes of immune organs of experimental groups arranged more closely and were denser than those of the blank group. Conclusion The results indicate that drinking water supplemented 1 %-5 % waste from alcohol sedimentation of Mailuoning Injection is beneficial to improving the immune function and decreasing the individual growth difference of chicks. The experiment provides an effective method for the recycling use of Chinese medicine wastes.
