摘 要:中药寒热药性与物质能量代谢密不可分,高良姜能够通过影响物质能量代谢发挥其药理作用。本文从糖代谢、脂类代谢、氨基酸代谢、核苷酸代谢和线粒体生物氧化等几方面综述了近年来高良姜及其主要化学成分的药理学机制研究进展,探讨作为典型温热药的高良姜与物质能量代谢之间的关系,对其研究概况与研究方向进行总结、展望,以期为其他寒热中药的药理研究提供方向。Cold and hot natured properties of traditional Chinese medicine are closely correlated with substance and energy metabolism. And as a typical warm-hot herb,Rhizoma Alpiniae Officmarum plays the pharmacological role by affecting substance and energy metabolism. In this paper, we reviewed the progress of pharmacological actions of Rhizoma Alpiniae Officmarum and its chemical compositions in the aspects of glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,amino acid metabolism, nucleotides metabolism, and mitochondrial biological oxidation. And the relationship of Rhizoma Alpiniae Officmarum with the metabolism of substance and energy was also discussed. The review is expected to provide a possible future direction for the pharmacological research of cold and hot Chinese herbal medicine.
