摘 要:以松塔为原料,通过碱活化、炭化制得了一系列含氮松塔基炭材料。采用静态法研究了炭材料对Zn^(2+)的吸附性能。结果表明,松塔基炭材料AC_(PC-400-3)、AC_(PC-700-3)的比表面积分别为306.78,718.1 m^2/g,平均孔径分别为2.29,2.09 nm。AC_(PC-400-3)的吸附过程符合二级动力学方程,而AC_(PC-700-3)则符合颗粒内扩散模型。AC_(PC-400-3)对Zn^(2+)的吸附量达到42.95 mg/g。等温吸附数据符合Freundlich方程,炭材料对锌离子的吸附属于单分子层吸附,吸附容量在一定范围内随温度、pH升高而增大。另外,AC_(PC-4 00-3)具有较好的再生与重复使用性能。A series of activated carbon materials was prepared using pine cone as raw material activated by alkali and carbonized. The adsorption properties of various carbon materials were studied by static method. The results showed that the specific surface areas of AC(PC-400-3) and ACPC-700-3are 306. 78 m^2/ g and718. 1 m^2/ g,and the average pore diameters are 2. 29 nm and 2. 09 nm,respectively. The adsorption process of AC(PC-400-3) towards Zn^2+could be well described by the second order reaction,and the adsorption process of AC(PC-700-3) could be well described by the particle diffusion model. The adsorption capacity of AC(PC-400-3) towards Zn^2+could reach 42. 95 mg/g. The adsorption data could be well described by the Freundlich equation. This indicated that the adsorption is a monolayer adsorption. The adsorption capacity increases with the increase of temperature and p H in studied range. Additional,ACPC-400-3has better regeneration and reusable performance.
