摘  要:用硝酸酸浸黄磷渣制备高纯度粗品白炭黑,精制后用PEG、KH570进行有机湿法改性,检测DBP吸着率,采用XRD、SEM、FTIR对改性前后白炭黑表面结构、分散性、疏水性表征。结果表明,当硝酸量13.8 m L,粒径120目,时间4 h,温度75℃,液固比10∶1时,粗品白炭黑纯度达90.27%,进一步精制,其纯度提高为99.35%,32%PEG600和8%KH570改性白炭黑的DBP吸着率分别为2.91 m L/g和1.63 m L/g,复合改性改善了白炭黑的分散性,且具有优异的疏水性。Exploring the fitting conditions of preparation of high purity silica technology from yellow phosphorus slag,the DBP index of white carbon black modified by PEG and KH570 organic wet were tested,the surface structure of white carbon black,dispersion,hydrophobic characterization analyzed by XRD,SEM,FTIR respectively before and after modification. The results showed that when the amount of nitric acid 13. 8 m L,particle size of 120 mesh,time 4 h,the temperature of 75 ℃,liquid-solid ratio 10∶ 1,rough silica purity can reach 90. 27%,further refined its purity increase to 99. 35%,the sorption rate of silica DBP modified by 32% PEG600 and 8% KH570 were 2. 91 m L / g and 1. 63 m L / g,the composite modified successfully improved the dispersion of white carbon black and has excellent hydrophobic property.
