摘 要:通过实验确定优化的分散黄染料色浆制备工艺:研磨时间80 min、染料与分散剂比1∶1、染料浓度25%、分散剂为MF,按此工艺制备出的染料色浆粒径可以达到185.3 nm、Zeta电位-51.3 m V、离心稳定性83.2%。优选分散染料色浆质量百分比35%、异丙醇5%、乙二醇30%、聚乙二醇400 1.0%,加纯净水至100%,用500 nm孔径的滤纸抽滤两边后,即制得分散黄喷墨印花墨水,粒径可达到190 nm左右,Zeta电位为-51.3 m V,粘度为3.2 m Pa·s,保湿性较好,其各项性能指标可满足喷墨印花墨水的要求。The optimized preparation process of disperse yellow dye was determined as grinding time80 min,dye and dispersant than 1∶ 1,dye concentration 25%,dispersant MF. The particle size of the dye paste can reach 185. 3 nm,Zeta- 51. 3 m V,the stability of 83. 2% centrifugal potential. The disperse yellow ink for ink-jet printing,which consist of the he mass percentage of disperse dye paste 35%,isopropyl alcohol 5%,ethylene glycol 30%,polyethylene glycol-400 1% and pure water,was obtained by filtering with a 500 nm diameter filter paper two times. The average particle size of ink was about 190 nm,Zeta potential was about- 51. 3 m V and the viscosity of ink was about 3. 2 m Pa·s. The performance of disperse yellow ink could meet the request of piezoelectricity ink-jet printing.
