摘 要:室内测试比较了捕食性昆虫瘦弱秽蝇雌雄虫对不同投放密度韭菜迟眼蕈蚊的捕食功能差异。结果表明:雄瘦弱秽蝇成虫捕食雌、雄韭菜迟眼蕈蚊成虫的日最大捕食量分别为44.6、46.5头,雌瘦弱秽蝇成虫捕食雌、雄韭菜迟眼蕈蚊成虫的日最大捕食量分别为52.6、54.1头,雌蝇捕食能力大于雄蝇;雄瘦弱秽蝇对雌、雄韭菜迟眼蕈蚊的功能反应方程分别为1/Na=0.0224+0.9067(1/N_o)、1/Na=0.0215+0.8666(1/No),雌瘦弱秽蝇对雌、雄韭菜迟眼蕈蚊的功能反应方程分别为1/Na=0.019+0.8742(1/No)、1/Na=0.0185+0.9720(1/No),均符合HollingⅡ模型,经卡方检验,其理论值与实际值无统计学差异。In the laboratory, the predation functional differences of male and female Coenosia attenuata to different densities of Bradysia odoriphaga were studied. The results showed that the daily maximum predation quantity of male C. attenuata to female and male B. odoriphaga was 44.6 and 46.5 respectively, and that of female C. attenuata to female and male B. odoriphaga was 52.6 and 54.1 respectively. The female C. attenuata owned higher predation capacity than the male. The function response equation of male C. attenuata to female and male B. odoriphaga was 1/Na = 0. 0224 + 0. 9067 ( 1/No ) and 1/Na = 0. 0215 + 0. 8666 (1/No), and that of female C. attenuata to female and male B. odoriphaga was 1/Na = 0. 019 + 0. 8742 ( 1/No ) and 1/Na =0.0185 +0. 9720( 1/No ) respectively. These equations all accorded with the Holling II model. Chi square test showed that there was no statistic difference between the theoretical value and observed value.
