摘 要:目的探讨动态检测血清降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)水平对急性百草枯中毒患者预后的评估价值。方法选取我院76例急性百草枯中毒患者,根据不同预后分为生存组12例和死亡组64例。比较两组入院后1、3、7 d血清PCT水平变化,并进一步利用受试者工作特征(receiver operator characteristic,ROC)曲线分析动态监测血清PCT水平对急性百草枯中毒患者预后的评估价值。结果入院后1、3、7 d,死亡组患者血清PCT水平均高于生存组(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示:入院后1、3、7 d,血清PCT水平对急性百草枯中毒患者死亡预后的曲线下面积分别为0.74、0.78、0.83。结论 PCT水平是评价急性百草枯中毒患者预后的潜在因子,动态检测血清PCT水平对急性百草枯中毒患者预后有一定的评估价值。Objective To investigate value of procalcitonin (PCT) dynamic monitoring on prognosis of patients with acute paraquat poisionning. Methods A total of 76 patients with acute paraquet poisionning were divided into survival group ( n = 12) and death group ( n = 64) according to different prognosis. Changes of PCT levels were compared on 1^st, 3^rd and 7^th days after admission between two groups. Receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the value of PCT dynamic monitoring on prognosis of patients with acute paraquat poisionning. Results Serum PCT levels on 1^st, 3^rd and 7^th days after admission in death group were significantly higher than those in survival group (P 〈 0.05 ). ROC analysis showed that the area under curve (AUC) of PCT levels on 1^st, 3^rd and 7^th days after admission on evaluation the death prognosis were 0.74, 0.78 and 0.83 respectively. Conclusion Procalcitonin can be used as potential factor, and dynamic monitoring PCT has a certain evaluation value in prognosis of patients with acute paraquet poisionning.
