摘 要:芸薹根肿病菌(Plasmodiophora brassicae)存在生理小种分化现象,国际上通常采用Williams鉴别系统[1]和欧洲根肿病菌鉴别寄主(ECD)系统[2]鉴定根肿病菌生理小种。我国尚没有研究出适合本国根肿病菌生理小种鉴定的鉴别寄主系统。国内学者研究根肿病菌生理小种通常采用Williams鉴别系统[3]。为了明确江西省蔬菜根肿病菌致病性分化及病菌小种的变化趋势,To investigate the distribution and population of Plasmodiophora brassicae and resistance levels of cruciferous vegetables to the pathogen in Jiangxi province,the physiological races of P.brassicae collected from counties of Jiangxi province were identified by Williams Identifials' in this paper.A total of 39 samples were collected and tested.Three races including race No.8,9 and 16 were identified,among them race No.16 was reported for the first time in China,and the occurrence frequency of race No.9 was as high as 94.87%.Based on the field investigation and glasshouse inoculation,race No.9 was non-pathogenic on head cabbage and cauliflower,but it could infect Chinese cabbage,bok-choy and purple pakchoi with disease incidence ranging from49.06%to 91.49%for different cultivars.
