摘 要:针对滤筒除尘器内部流场非均匀性,采用计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent提供的标准k-ε湍流模型对滤筒除尘器内部流场进行数值模拟,发现原实验模型存在气流分布不均等问题。因此提出除尘器结构改进优化措施,并应用正交实验方法研究了结构因素对滤筒除尘器内部流动特征的影响。研究结果表明:适当增加灰斗挡风板长度E、增加气流均布板数量C及减小其角度D能够有效提高流场均匀性,并且灰斗挡风板的设置能够有效避免二次扬尘;导流板数A和角度B对气流均匀性影响较小;影响流场均匀性程度各因素的排序为E>D>C>A>B。In view of the non-uniformity of flow field inside the cartridge filter, the internal flow field was simulated nu- merically by using standard k-8 turbulence model employed in the computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software Fluent. It was found that uneven air distribution exists in the original experimental model. Therefore, the improvement measure of filter structure was put forward, and the effect of structural factors on the internal flow characteristics of cartridge filter was studied by using orthogonal experimental method. The results showed that appropriately increasing the windshield length E of the dust hop- per, adding the number of flow layout board C and decreasing its angle D can effectively improve the uniformity of the flow, and the dust hopper windshield can effectively prevent secondary dust. The pairs of deflector A and its angle B have little influence on the flow field,and the degree rank of the influence on the flow field uniformity is E〉D〉C〉A〉B.
