摘  要:低温真空密封法兰在航天、超导等行业中有着广泛的应用。如超导加速器中,为了达到真空密封要求,使用了大量的低温密封法兰,其密封性能的好坏直接影响了加速器是否能够正常运行。介绍了铝镁合金圈密封法兰、无氧铜圈CF刀口法兰、铟丝密封法兰真空密封关键影响因素,如扭矩、温度、螺栓种类,对真空密封性能影响研究结果。Cryogenic sealed flanges are used in space flight and superconductive industry widely. So many cryogenic sealed flanges are installed in superconductive accelerators to guarantee vacuum reliability. The performance of cryogenic flanges will highly impact on the operation of superconductive accelerator. In this paper, the key factors of vacuum seal for aluminum magne- sium alloy sealed flange, oxygen - free copper sealed flange and indium wire sealed flange, such as torque, temperature and bolts were studied carefully.
