Epidermal Nevi Syndrome: a Case Report

摘　　要：患者男,20岁。右侧躯干、左前胸皮疹20年。皮损组织病理示:表皮略呈疣状增生,基底层色素增加,真皮浅层细血管周围小片状淋巴细胞浸润。头颅磁共振成像(MRI)示右侧顶叶软化灶、萎缩改变。眼科B超示:右眼玻璃体机化可能。诊断:表皮痣综合征。A 20-year-old male patient presented with skin lesions on the right side of trunk and the left chest for twenty years. Histopathological examination demonstrated slight epidermal verruciform hyperplasia, basal layer pigmentation, patchy lymphocytic infiltration around small superficial vessels in the dermis. Cranial NMR imaging revealed the right parietal lobe softening and atrophy. Ophthalmic ultrasound showed organized vitreous body in the right eye. Therefore this patient was diagnosed as epidermal nevi syndrome.
