摘　　要：在总结了宅基地退出相关研究的基础上,提出研究宅基地退出社会稳定风险评价的意义和必要性。基于脆弱性视角提出宅基地退出社会稳定风险内涵,在已有社会稳定分析评价指标研究成果上探析宅基地退出风险成因构建风险评价指标体系。运用了文献综述法、比较分析法、归纳总结法从三个维度构建了系统的、操作性较强的宅基地退出社会稳定风险评价指标体系和评价模型,同时对相应的指标进行阐释并给出度量方法。On the basis of summing up the previous research of homestead quit,this paper first puts forward the significance and necessity of the study on the social stability risk of homestead’s quit. The purpose of the study is to expound the connotation of social stability risk of homestead’s quit,probe the causes of the risk of the homesteads’ quitting,and structure the system of the risk assessment indicator from the perspective of vulnerability. Methods of literature review,comparative analysis,and generalization were employed. The results indicate that the assessment indicator system and model of the systematic and operable social stability’s risk of homesteads’ quit were built,and the concrete indicators were explained with measurement method.
