摘 要:驾乘舒适性对驾乘人员安全性、摩托车寿命、竞争力有重要影响。主观评价和有限元分析相结合的方法,是提高振动舒适性的一种主要方法。对样车在不同工况下做主观评价,并对比进口车,对摩托车车架进行有限元模态分析。根据实验结果,改进车架,然后进行舒适性主观评价。结果表明,改进后的前七阶模态频率有了不同程度提高,最大达10.69%,发生在第一阶,最小也提高了7.44%,发生在第五阶。改进后的样车舒适性主观评价值在各个工况下都有大幅提高,基本上从难受都提高到了舒服程度,尤其是一档和二档的评价,达到了很舒服的程度。Driving comfort has an influence on safety of driver, life of motorcycle and competition, subjective evaluation and FEA is a main method of improving vibration comfort. On the different conditions subjective evaluation of prototype motorcycle is done and compared with imported one, and FEA modal analysis of motorcycle frame is performed and compared with experimental results. The frame is improved according to the analysis result, and comfortable subjective evaluation is done. It is shown that the front seven mode frequencies after improvement have increase on different degree, the maximum is 10.69% and it is the first, the minimum is 7.44% and it is the fifth. And comfortable subjective evaluation of improved motorcycle has highly increase on the every condition, and it changes from unwell to comfort, especially it feels very well on the first gear and the second gear.
