摘  要:目的探讨规范化哮喘教育在儿童支气管哮喘病情控制中的作用。方法以2015年1月—3月168例门诊收治的哮喘患儿为对照组,治疗期间实施常规健康教育。以2016年1月—3月206例门诊哮喘患儿为干预组,实施规范化哮喘教育。评价2组患儿6个月后哮喘控制水平,对比2组患儿哮喘控制测试(C-ACT)、峰值呼气流速(PEF)、呼出气NO测定(Fe NO)、第1秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比(FEFV_1%),以及随访期间2组哮喘急性发作次数、急诊次数以及住院次数。结果干预组患儿哮喘控制比例59.7%(123/206),高于对照组的14.9%(25/168),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。6个月后干预组患儿C-ACT评分、FEFV_1%高于对照组哮喘患儿,FeNO低于对照组哮喘患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患儿于干预后6个月内哮喘发作次数、急诊次数、住院次数较对照组减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对支气管哮喘患儿实施规范化哮喘教育,能有效控制哮喘症状,提高哮喘病情控制水平。Objective To investigate the effect of standardized asthma education in control-ling bronchial asthma in children. Methods A total of 168 cases of asthma children were selected as the control group between January 2015 to March 2015, receiving conventional health education during treatment. Another 206 cases of asthma children were recruited as the intervention group between Jan-uary 2016 and March 2016, receiving standardized asthma education. The asthma control level of chil-dren at six months after intervention was evaluated. The children asthma control test (C- ACT) , peak expiratory flow (PEF) , breath NO determination (FeNO) and forced expiratory volume 1 second pre-dicted (FEFV^ ) were compared between two groups. The number of acute onset, number to visit e-mergency and number of admission were recorded during follow- up. Results The proportion of chil-dren with control asthma was 59.1% (123/206) in the intervention group and was 14. 9% (25/168) in the control group at six months after intervention, with a significant difference ( P 〈 0. 01 ) . Chil-dren in the intervention group had higher score of C-ACT, higher FEFV1% and lower FeNO compared with those in the control group, with significant differences ( P 〈0. 05) . The number of acute onset, number to visit emergency and number of admission were less in the intervention group than those in the control group, with significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Standardized asthma educa-tion can effectively control the asthma symptom and improve the level of bronchial asthma in children.
