穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿痰热壅肺型咳嗽效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿痰热壅肺型咳嗽的临床疗效。方法痰热壅肺型咳嗽患儿150例随机分为A、B、C三组,各50例。西医常规对症治疗基础上采取不同的中医辅助疗法,A组实施穴位按摩,B组实施穴位贴敷,C组实施穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷组。对比3组患儿咳嗽消失时间、治疗效果、住院时间及治疗后日间、夜间咳嗽症状计分及总积分。结果 C组有效率90.0%(45/50),高于A组的66.0%(33/50)和B组的68%(34/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后C组日间、夜间咳嗽症状计分及咳嗽症状总积分低于A组和B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);C组患儿咳嗽消失时间、住院时间较A组和B组缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论穴位按摩联合穴位贴敷治疗小儿痰热壅肺型咳嗽疗效确切,能促进患儿康复。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint massage combined with acu-point application therapy in treatment of phlegm-heat obstructing lung typed cough in children. Methods A total of 150 pediatric patients with phlegm-heat obstructing lung typed cough were ran-domly divided into the group A, group B and group C, with 50 cases in each group. In addition of western medicine treatment, different kinds of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） treatment were performed ： group A with acupoint massage, group B with acupoint application, and group C with com-bined therapy of acupoint massage and acupoint application. The time of cough disappeared, clinical effect, length of stay and cough score were compared among three groups after treatment. Results The overall effective rate was 90. 0% （45/50） in group C, which was higher than 66. 0% （33/50） in group A and 68% （ 34/50 ） in group B （P〈0.01） . The day-time, night-time and overall cough scorein the group C were lower than those in the group A and group B, respectively （ P 〈 0. 01） . Childrenin the group C had a shorter time of cough disappeared and shorter length of stay compared with thosein the group A and group B respectively （ P 〈 0 .01 ） . Conclusion Application of acupoint massagecombined with acupoint application therapy is effective in treatment of phlegm-heat obstructing lung typed cough in children.
