自制软袋装置在上消化道出血呕血患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨自制软袋装置在上消化道出血呕血患者中的应用效果。方法 100例上消化道出血伴呕血患者随机分为对照组和实验组,各50例。2组均予以常规护理,对照组采用常规容器收集呕血,实验组采用自制软袋装置收集呕血。结果实验组体位准备和容器到位时间短于对照组,呕血量准确记录的患者比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论自制软袋装置使用方便,利于准确记录呕血量。Objective To evaluate the application of self-made soft bag device for patients with haematemesis as upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 100 patients with haematemesis as upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 50 cases in each group. Both two groups received routing nursing care. The haematemesis was collected with conventional device in the control group and with self-made soft bag device in the study group. Results The time of position and device preparation was shorter in the study group than that of controls （P 〈0. 01） . The proportion of patients with accurate record of bleed-ing amount was higher in the study group than that of controls（P 〈0. 01） . Patients in the study group had higher nursing satisfaction rate compared with those in the control group （P 〈0. 01） . Conclusion The self-made soft bag device is easy to use and record the bleeding amount in patients with haematemesis.
