经皮肾镜取石术治疗孤独肾结石患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗孤独肾结石的护理要点。方法收集28例行微创经皮肾镜取石术治疗的孤独肾结石患者的临床资料,总结护理措施。结果本组经由手术和护理干预后,27例患者成功碎石,碎石成功率96.4%,平均住院时间(16.9±2.7)d,28例患者均未发生感染、出血等并发症。结论孤独肾结石患者微创经皮肾镜取石术围手术期实施优质护理干预措,对减少感染、出血等并发症发生风险具有积极意义。Objective To summarize the nursing measure of patients with solitary kidney stone treated by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy. Methods To retrospectively ana-lyzed the clinical data of 28 patients with solitary kidney undergoing minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy. Results The overall one-time successful rate of lithotripsy was 96. 4% （27/28）, and the averaged length of stay was （16.9 ±2.7）d. There was no severe complication such as infec-tion or haemorrhage occurred among 28 patients. Conclusion It is necessary to apply high quality nursing measures to prevent postoperative complications in patients with solitary kidney stone treated by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.
