多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合多爱肤超薄敷料预防静脉炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合超薄敷料对经浅静脉留置针泵入完全胃肠外营养(TPN)所致静脉炎的预防效果。方法将90例经浅静脉留置针泵入TPN的患者随机分成观察组和对照组,各45例。浅静脉置管成功后对照组用3M透明敷贴固定,观察组在对照组基础上配合使用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏及多爱肤超薄敷料预防静脉炎。比较2组静脉炎发生率及严重程度。结果 2组均无4级静脉炎发生,观察组静脉炎发生率为28.89%(13/45),低于对照组的62.22%(28/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组静脉炎发生严重程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多磺酸粘多糖乳膏联合多爱肤超薄敷料用于经浅静脉留置针泵入TPN可减少静脉炎的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream com-bined with DuoDREM extra thin dressing in prevention of phlebophlogosis in patient with total parenter-al nutrition （TPN） through superficial vein catheter. Methods A total of 90 patients with TPN through superficial vein catheter were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. The 3M Tegaderm film was used to securing the catheter in both of two groups, and the mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream combined with DuoDREM extra thin dressing was used in the observation group additionally. The incidence and severity of phlebophlogosis was observed and compared between two groups. Results There was no patients with grade 4 phlebo-phlogosis during treatment. The incidence of phlebophlogosis was 28. 8 9 % （13/45） in the observation group and was 62. 2 2 % （28/45） in the control group, with a significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Pa-tients in the observation group had less severity of phlebophlogosis compared with those in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Application of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream combined with DuoDREM extra thin dressing can reduce the risk of phlebophlogosis in patient with TPN through su-perficial vein catheter.
