摘 要:利用二甲基硅氧烷对二氧化钛(TiO_2)进行表面改性,并且将改性TiO_2与聚碳酸酯(PC)熔融共混,研究改性二氧化钛对聚碳酸酯热降解行为的影响。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、接触角对TiO_2的改性效果进行了分析;通过平衡扭矩(Tq)、熔融指数(MFR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热失重(TG)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析了改性TiO_2对聚碳酸酯(PC)性能的影响。结果表明,二氧化钛表面成功包覆了一层二甲基硅氧烷,改性后TiO_2的接触角由20.7°上升至133.3°,表现出良好的疏水性。未改性的TiO_2会造成PC的严重降解,对TiO_2进行表面改性后,TiO_2/PC的热降解行为得到明显改善。最后,通过Tq,MFR分析二甲基硅氧烷的用量对TiO_2/PC熔体性质的影响,表明二甲基硅氧烷的最佳用量(质量分数)为TiO_2的10%。Titanium dioxide( TiO2) was modified by dimethoxydimethylsilane,and modified TiO2 was mixed with polycarbonate( PC) at molten state. The effect of modified TiO2 on thermal degradation of PC was studied in detail. The treated efficiency of TiO2 was characterized by Fourier translation infrared spectroscopy analysis( FTIR) and contact angle analysis. The properties of modified- TiO2/ PC were analyzed by balancing torque( Tq),melt flow rate( MFR),scanning electron microscope( SEM),thermogravimetric analysis( TGA),differential scanning calorimetry( DSC). It was found that TiO2 was coated by dimethoxydimethylsilane successfully,and the contact angle of TiO2 was increased from 20. 7° to 133. 3°.Modified TiO2 was hydrophobic obviously. What’s more,neat TiO2 could degrade PC seriously,but the degradation of TiO2/ PC was improved when TiO2 was treated by dimethoxydimethylsilane. Finally,the effect of the content of dimethoxydimethylsilane on the performance of TiO2/ PC was analyzed by Tqand MFR,it was found that the optimal proportion of dimethoxydimethylsilane was 10% based on TiO2.
