摘  要:为建立多探头的CO气体探测系统,开展了CO气体远程数据采集系统的设计。设计内容包括总体设计、硬件功能设计与软件功能设计3个部分:总体设计以Groov为核心建立了简单、高效、基于网络的用户界面;硬件功能设计实现了数据的采集与远传;软件功能设计包括控制器下位机编程与Groov Box编程。对采集系统开展了示值引用误差、重复性、报警设定值与报警功能、响应时间、稳定性、零点与量程漂移等性能测试,测试结果表明,该采集系统能满足特定环境中CO气体的探测与数据采集需求。A remote data collection system for CO gas has been designed in order to establish the multi-detectors gas probe system. The design details include the integrated design,hardware function design and software function design. The user interface with simplicity,high effectiveness and based on the network has been set by Groov as the core. The data collection and remote transmission have been implemented by the hardware function design. The software function design includes the controller lower machine programming and Groov Box programming. Many performance tests have been developed for the collection system,including signal quotation errors,repetition,alarm initialization and function,response time,stability,zero excursion and range excursion. The testing results show that this system can satisfy the gas detection and data collection requirements under the specific conditions.
