云南省农地使用权流转典型模式研究

摘　　要：以云南省土地使用权流转过程中的"公司+基地+合作社""公司+农户"作价入股和"合作社+农户"作价入股三种成功典型流转模式作为案例,通过比较三种模式的产生背景和发展情况,分析三种模式在流转用途、流转形式、流转主导、生产经营主体、流转规模、收益方式以及流转流程等方面的异同点,得到促进土地使用权成功流转的启示。In the case of three successful typical models on land-use right circulation in Yunnan prov-ince, the three typical models are named “Company ＋ Base ＋ Cooperative”,buy a share of u Compa-ny ＋ Farmer sand buy a share of “ Cooperative ＋ Farmers” ？ We can obtainsome inspirations to pro-mote the land-use right circulationsuccessfully by comparing to the background and situations of them and studyingthe similarities and differences of them on application, form, leading, operation main boy, scale, earning andprocess, etc.
