摘 要:基于硼和铅丹的物理化学特性,对铅丹-硼系延期药在真空常温条件下储存的稳定性进行研究,给出了该体系在储存中可能发生的化学反应的方程式,并计算分析了各反应的热力学参数ΔrHθm、ΔrSθm、ΔrGθm,探讨了各反应的自发性。同时,利用激光粒度分析仪检测了成品延期药和原材料的颗粒度,依据固体化学知识分析了颗粒度大小对药剂储存稳定性的影响。研究结果表明,铅丹-硼系延期药在储存中会自发发生化学反应,生成B2O3和Pb、Pb O;在工业生产中,延期药剂颗粒度大小要适中,既要保证药剂的燃烧精度,又要确保药剂的储存稳定性。The storage stability of red lead-B delay composition under vacuum and room temperature was studied based on the properties of red lead physical and chemical and B. The possible chemical reaction equations were enumerated in the course of storage of delay composition. Kinetic parameters of the reactions,such as ΔrHm^θ、 ΔrSm^θ、 ΔrHm^θ,were calcu-lated. Spontaneity of each reaction w,as discussed by analyzing the thermodynamic parameters. In addition,the granularities of finished product,raw materials B and Pb3O4 were tested with BT-2003 laser particle size analyzer. Based on the know,- ledge of solid chemistry,influence of particles size on delay composition storage stability was also discussed. Results indi-cate that spontaneous chemical changes may happen in the delay composition storage and generate B2O3,Pband PbO. The particle size of the delay composition industrial production should be well controlled to be suitable for both the combustion precision and the storage stability of the delay composition.
