摘 要:分注井各层注水量通过下入测调仪器进行分层测试,注水量仅季度性监测,不能实时测控,同时受井斜和注水管柱内结垢等因素影响,测调仪器下井容易遇阻。为此,开展了免投捞实时测控精细注水技术研究。该技术将水量调节和测试装置集成于井下配注器中,通过井下电缆将配注器采集的数据传输至地面控制装置,处理后再发出指令对井下配注器进行调控。现场开展了3井次的试验,数据传输采集成功率达到100%,层段合格率90%以上,有效期已突破600 d。免投捞实时测控精细注水技术免去了投捞测调工作量,实现了油藏开发动态实时调整,进一步提高了水驱油藏开发水平。The measurement and adjusting device is usually run to conduct separate layer testing in water injection well,which is only quarterly monitored and unable to conduct real time measurement and control. The device is prone to stuck due to the well inclination and the scale inside the water injection pipe. To the issue,freecasting and fishing real-time measurement and control precise water injection technology has been researched. The developed technology integrates the water regulation and testing device into the downhole water regulator,transmits the collected data from the regulator to the ground control device through the downhole cable,and then feeds back instructions to regulate the downhole regulator. 3 wells have been tested with the data transmission and acquisition of 100%,the pass rate of well intervals of above 90%,and the effective period of 600 d. The developed technology eliminates the workload of casting and fishing the measurement and adjusting device,realizing real-time adjustment of reservoir development,further improving the waterflooding reservoir development level.
