摘 要:针对注气井CO_2气窜而造成生产井气油比上升,常规管式泵游动阀打不开而导致的"气锁"问题,研制了CO_2驱中空强制拉杆式防气泵。该泵的游动阀装置采用强制拉杆式结构,从而保证了无论上冲程还是下冲程阀球与阀座都能及时打开和关闭。泵筒部分采用气液交换腔结构可以有效防止下冲程时"液击"现象的发生。该泵在苏北台兴油田现场试验2口井,措施后的台7井日增油1.67 t,油井泵效提高8.65%;台8井的日产液稳定在12.1 t,日产油1.12 t,泵效由作业前的8.0%提高到目前的34.3%。该技术达到了提高CO_2驱高气油比油井泵效和原油产量的目的,为提高苏北油田CO_2驱整体开发水平提供了一种新的技术支持。To address the issue of"gas lock"caused by CO2gas-channeling in gas injection wells,the forced pull rod type hollow gas prevention pump for CO2 flooding has been developed. The forced pull rod structure has been adopted on the traveling valve of the pump,so as to ensure that the ball valve and valve seat can be opened and closed in time both at the upper and lower stroke to avoid the "gas lock"phenomenon. The pump is designed with gas-liquid exchange chamber to prevent "liquid hammer"at the lower stroke. The developed pump has been tested in 2 wells in Taixing Oilfield. The increased daily oil production of Well Tai 7 after treatment is 1. 67 t,with the pump efficiency improvement of 8. 65%. The daily output fluid of 12. 1 t and the daily output oil of 1. 12 t in Well Tai 8. The pump efficiency has been increased from 8. 0% to 34. 3%. The technology has achieved the goal of improving pump efficiency and oil production of the CO2 flooding high gas-oil ratio well,providing a new technical support for improving the overall development level of CO2 flooding in Subei Oilfield.
