摘　　要：分析了天铁热轧板坯连铸机组合式结晶器倒锥度跑锥问题的产生原因。对跑锥结晶器进行拆解、检查、调整、维修更换易损件、装配、润滑,解决了跑锥问题,倒锥度指标符合技术规范要求,保证了结晶器的正常使用。The reason for combined mould reverse taper deviation at the caster of Tiantie Hot Rolling Plate Mill was analyzed. The problem was solved through disassembling, inspection, technical adjustment, maintenance and part exchanging, assembling and lubrication for the taper changed mould. The reverse taper complied with the requirements by technical specification and the normal operation of mould was ensured.
