秦皇岛市高端康养产业集群发展路径探索——以主动承接北京非首都功能为视角

摘　　要：秦皇岛市是京津冀协同发展大格局中的重要节点城市,是京津康养产业转移的首选空间。其自身禀赋和现有基础为主动承接北京非首都功能,培育和发展高端康养产业集群提供了条件。秦市发展高端康养产业集群要精准定位目标群体,围绕国内外银发群体休闲旅游、京津冀退休老人居住疗养两个方向,打造"滨海疗养,休闲夏都"的康养品牌,科学规划,重点突破,在京津冀协同发展中实现康养产业的共建共享。As an important node city in the pattern of the coordinative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, Qinhuangdao is the first choice for Beijing and Tianjin to transfer their healthy pension industry in that its own natural advantages and the existing basis provide the conditions to undertake the non-capital function of Beijing and develop high-level healthy pension industry cluster. To achieve this goal, Qinhuangdao should precisely locate the target group and focus on two directions the leisure tourism for the aged around the world and the living and recuperating of the pensioners in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region thus building its own famous brand of the healthy pension industry cluster.
