摘 要:采用分步沉淀法制备CeO_2改性NiO/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,通过比表面积分析(BET)、X线衍射(XRD)、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、H2程序升温脱附(H2-TPD)对催化剂结构和物化性能进行表征,研究催化剂对苯胺焦油加氢裂化的反应活性。结果表明:适量加入CeO_2可提高NiO在载体γ-Al_2O_3表面的分散,提高NiO/CeO_2/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂的还原性及吸氢能力,进而提高催化剂的活性和稳定性。采用CeO_2质量分数15%的NiO/CeO_2/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,在反应温度265℃、反应压力3.0 MPa、液时空速0.3 h-1和氢油体积比2 000的条件下,苯胺焦油裂解率为100%,胺类物质收率为58.54%。A series of CeO2 modified NiO/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by step precipitation,and characterized by BET, X-ray diffraction (XRD), H2 temperature program reduction (H2- TPR) and H2 temperature program desorption (H2- TPD). The catalytic performance of NiO/CeO2/γ-Al2O3 catalysts was evaluated for aniline tar hydrocracking. Adding adequate CeO2 to NiO/γ-Al2O3 catalysts could facilitate the dispersion of NiO on the surface of y - Al2O3 and enhance reduction,hydrogen adsorption, catalytic activity,and stability of NiO/CeO2/γ-Al2O3. Aniline tar conversion and the amines yield over NiO/CeO2/γ-Al2O3 with 15% CeO2 content were attained 100% and 58.54%,respectively,under the reaction conditions of reaction temperature of 265℃,hydrogen pressure of 3. 0 MPa, liquid hourly space velocity ( LHSV) of 0. 3 h-1,and volume ratio of H2 and tar of 2 000.
