摘 要:利用NaIO_4氧化竹原纤维,并在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应面法优化竹原纤维的氧化条件,对竹原纤维的氧化工艺进行系统的考察;利用傅里叶红外光谱验证醛基的生成。结果表明:竹原纤维氧化的最优工艺条件为反应时间4 h,反应温度41℃,NaIO_4质量浓度64 g/L,pH=2.85。在此条件下,氧化竹原纤维的醛基含量为2.478 mmol/g,回收率为87.59%,与响应面优化的理论值相接近。Natural bamboo fiber was oxidized by NaIO4,and the oxidation conditions of natural bamboo fiber were optimized by response surface method on the basis of single-factor experiments. The oxidation process of natural bamboo fiber was explored systematically and the aldehyde groups were proved by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT- IR). Results showed that the optimum conditions of natural bamboo fiber oxidation were : reaction time of 4 h,reaction temperature of 41℃, sodium periodate concentration of 64 g/L,and pH value of 2. 85. The aldehyde content of oxydic natural bamboo fiber was 2. 478 mmol/g with its recovery rate of 87. 59% ,which was close to the theoretical value from response surface method.
