摘 要:社会、国家、政党和权力是政治学理论中的核心语词。社会、国家和政党是权力结构系统的主要组成部分,因而其概念与权力紧密关联:社会,是人类赖以生存、生息、发展和维续的权利和利益之元共同体,是包括市民社会在内的其它一切共同体之原初共同体,是一切权力的最终所有者;国家,是主权性政治共同体,它独立自主地拥有对内一切事务的最高权力和对外所有活动的全部权力;政党,是以国家权力即政权为圆心、以政治/社会权力为活动半径的政权指向性政治共同体;权力,是指公共组织中的个人或集体依法享有的一束结构化强制性政治权利。权力是社会、国家和政党实现互动的纽带,也是理解社会、国家和政党内在逻辑的钥匙。Society, state, political party and power are the core terms in the theory of political science. Society, state and political party are the main components in the power structural system. Therefore, the concepts of society, state and political party are closely related to power. The society is not only the meta- community of rights and interests for human , s survival, living, development and maintenance, but also the original community including civil society and other communities, which is the ultimate owner of all powers. The state is such a sovereign political community that owns the supreme power for all internal and external affairs. The political party is a political community with the state power as the center of the circle and the political/social power as the radius of activity. The power is a structuralized coercive political right that enjoyed by individuals or collectives in public organizations. Consequently, the power is not only a link to the society, state and political party for realizing interactions with each other, but also a key for understanding the internal logic of the society, state and political party.
