摘　　要：综述了海上风电发展现状及趋势。海上风电场海域的水文气象条件、地质与岩土条件与陆地差异大,调查及勘测方法亦随之差异大。阐述了若干种调查及勘探方式并提出了5点建议。The paper set forth developments of present situation and tendency in the offshore wind farm. The survey and investigation on marine hydrometeorology and meteorological Information, geology and soil data are quite different between land and offshore, due to the conditions are difference. The paper expounds certain maners in survey and investigation and five points of proposal are put for-ward.
