Fe(Ⅱ)-邻二氮杂菲阻抑光度法测定消毒剂中有效氯

摘　　要：在醋酸介质中,含氯消毒剂中有效氯对Fe(Ⅱ)-邻二氮杂菲体系的显色反应有明显阻抑作用,据此建立以Fe(Ⅱ)-邻二氮杂菲显色体系测定有效氯的方法。实验测得体系最大吸收波长为510nm,有效氯质量浓度在0.13~2.8μg·m L^(-1)范围呈现良好的线性关系,线性回归方程△A=-0.0384+0.3124ρ(μg·m L^(-1)),相关系数R=0.9969,摩尔吸光系ε=1.10×10~4L·mol-1·cm-1,检出限为0.10μg·m L^(-1)。方法用于含氯消毒剂中有效氯测定,分析结果满意。In acetic acid medium,the available chlorine in chlorine disinfectants has obvious inhibitory effect on Fe（ Ⅱ）-kf chromogenic reaction of nitrogen impurity Fe system.A new method has been developed for determination of the Available chlorine by Inhibitory effect with Iron（ II）-Orthophenanthroline System.The color system had a maximum absorption at 510 nmin acetic acid medium. Beer,s law was obeyed in the range of 0. 13 - 2. 8μg · m L^-1of Available chlorine. The linear regression equation is △A =-0. 0384＋0. 3124ρ（ μg·m L^-1）,and the correlation coefficient is R = 0. 9969,The molar absorption coefficient is ε = 1. 10×10^4L·mol^-1·cm^-1,The detection limit is 0. 10μg·m L^-1.The method could be used for determination of the available chlorine in disinfectant with satisfactory results.
